Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: The day had progressed rather fast. The sun was dripping down ever so slowly as the hours danced on. Usagi had been so busy showing the girls around, that she had almost totally lost track of time. On top of that, her sorrow had become significantly less. She had almost forgotten just how good it was to have a day with the girls. The fact that none of them knew anything about shopping, makeovers or going out to eat, made things ten times better. *** "You look very elegant," Tsurara commented, as her sister displayed a beautiful white, pink striped sun dress in the mirror. It fit her like it had been made only for her. *** The door opened and a boy who looked rather youthful stepped out. His hair was a sandy blonde, almost white and he had the most beautiful blue eyes that Usagi had ever seen on a boy. Even more so than Mamoru's. I shouldn't think that!!! she scolded mentally. However, his eyes ARE- GAAH! ...

Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon: Gemstone: Living a Normal Life. The Senshi Are Confused.
"Wow...!! I like this color Usagi-dan!" Shinri yelled exuberantly as she picked up a can of hot red paint. Usagi couldn't help but laugh.
Shinri glanced at her, innocently confused. "What? This is nail paint right?"
Usagi shook her head and walked over immediately. "No! That's paint! Baka!" Usagi teased.
"What's the difference?" Shinri asked, tilting her head curiously at the can of paint.
"Well, I said nail polish is like paint for your nails. This is paint for the walls and for houses. You don't use it on your nails!"
"You don't?"
"No!" Usagi said, barely holding back an outburst of giggles.
At this point Shinri looked very confused. "I fail to see the difference..."
Usagi shook her head and grabbed Shinri's arm. "Let's just stick together and I'll show you around, okay?"
Shinri smiled and nodded vigorously.
Usagi smiled in return but her smile faltered as she noticed something was amiss. "Where'd Seika go?"
"Oh she said she was going to look around a bit but my guess is, she went to follow Mitsukai," Shinri said, glancing at a rack with various cosmetics. Usagi blinked with innocent confusion. "What's with Mitsukai anyway? She seems so shy..."
Shinri nodded, examining a tube of lipstick. "Mmm hmm. She's way shy, but once you get to know her she's something else!"
"Why would Seika be following Mitsukai?"
"Well, it's hard to explain but Seika's a bit...jealous," Shinri explained.
"Jealous?"
"Yep. Though she'd never admit it!" Shinri mused, now futzing more with the lipstick. Usagi, who had her back turned, thought about it. Why would Seika have any reason to be jealous?
"Why-" Usagi stopped promptly and gasped.
"This stuff is lipstick right? You put it on your lips. How'd I do?" Shinri asked as she turned around. Her lipstick was on her lips perfectly. Unfortunately, it was also on her cheeks and chin perfectly too.
Usagi's giggles came out in snorts at first then finally in full fledge bursts of laughter. Shinri laughed too, even though she wasn't sure why. It took some time before they both calmed down.
"I think you need a mirror..." Usagi said simply, leading her back to the cosmetics counter in search of a mirror.
"Thank you Tsurara" Suki said gratefully and smiled at the mirror. Suki twirled once and the ends of the skirt danced on air.
"Suki, Tsurara!"
Suki turned to see Shinri and Usagi walk over. Tsurara waved and smiled. Tsurara for the most part, was having the most fun that she had in her life. She couldn't have possibly done this on Endai. Or maybe she had? Perhaps she had when Queen Annon had ruled. If she had, there was no way she'd remember now. That was the curse of being a senshi.
"Tsurara, what's wrong?"
Tsurara snapped out of her reverie. She smiled at Usagi, who now looked genuinely concerned. "You must have a lot of questions for us..."
"Tsurara!" Suki snapped, though in a soft manner. She rarely had to use a cold tone with her sister.
"Well, yeah, I guess..." Usagi trailed off for a moment. She had liked hanging out with them. It was almost like she had her old friends back. Shinri had Minako's curiosity. Suki had Makoto's friendly manner, and Tsurara had Ami's grace and intelligence (but she was a bit smaller).
"Yes, I wanted to ask about you all being senshi" Usagi confessed. Shinri glanced to Usagi then up at the ceiling. "Well, it had to happen eventually"
Suki nodded but sighed. "We had better get everyone involved in this. Speaking of which, where'd Seika go?"
Shinri gave a heavy sigh and sweatdrop formed at the side of her head. "The usual..."
Suki frowned deeply, asking no more. "Well, I suppose she'll be back later," Suki reasoned.
Shinri nodded in agreement. "Let's go Usagi. We'll introduce you to the guys," Shinri said with a warm smile and a little wink. Usagi returned the smile. She would NEVER pass up the opportunity to check out cute boys! She's definitely like Minako, Usagi thought with a bright smile.
"Oh! But watch out for Doujino, he's a bit of a nag" Shinri muttered with a sharp look off to the side.
"Doujino?"
"Don't worry. Shinri and him just have issues. In fact I suspect they both really like each other!" Suki added, leaning in close so only Usagi could hear. Usagi gave Shinri a sly look. Shinri's dark red eyes widened to the size of softballs, as she caught what Suki said. "YOU'VE LOST IT!! Me and HIM!? HIM!? The thorn in my butt?!"
Suki just giggled. Shinri sighed and crossed her arms. "Yeah right," she huffed.
As the girls were walking out an annoying loud beep sprang throughout the air of the store. Usagi jumped and Shinri immediately put a hand to her chest, looking around with a determined glare.
"What happened?" Suki asked, holding Tsurara close.
"I don't know I-"
Usagi's eyes then caught sight of their problem. It became all too clear. A sweatdrop formed on Usagi's head as she held up the price tag on Suki's dress with a giggle.
"What is THAT?" Shinri asked, confused as ever. Usagi just smiled.
At that point Usagi just gave up the mental battle.
"Doujino, it's time that we spoke" Tsurara piped up. Usagi was now beginning to become accustomed to her doing all the talking. Doujino eyed her.
"What? We get no warning?"
"Open the door you idiot!" Shinri snapped, pushing her way forward. Doujino's face lit up brightly for one moment, and Usagi could've sworn she saw him blush. He then erased the look, as quickly as it had come, and glared at Shinri. "You need to watch your mouth!"
"Are you going to open up?" Shinri asked, rather annoyed.
Doujino raised one eyebrow, not looking entirely happy with the whole situation. "I-"
The four girls watched, as Doujino stopped speaking. His eyes became very wide, and his face paled even more (if that were possible). The boy was already so light skinned. Doujino fell up against the door, and began gasping.
"Doujino!" Suki yelled, in a shrill voice.
Shinri shoved the door open, and caught Doujino. She slid both arms around him, and kneeled slowly to the floor. Usagi and Suki knelt beside them as well. "What's happening?!"
"He's ill," Tsurara said simply. The door opened further and Usagi gasped. "Mamoru?" she asked, staring up at the young man. He looked so much like him, yet on a closer look you could see he wasn't Mamoru. His hair was spiked off to the side, and not wispy like Mamoru's. He had one single bang hanging down over the left side of his face, and his eyes were a bewitching sort of green. It made Usagi shiver at how intensely he looked at her.
The young man said nothing, and didn't look surprised as he glanced at Doujino.
Suki glanced at the young man as well. "Kaijin! Doujino had another attack!"
Kaijin held his hand out. Suki grasped his hand, and he helped pull her up. "Bring him in," he said quietly.
Shinri stood slowly, helping Doujino stand. She then slowly brought him inside.
Two other males soon joined them once they were inside. "What happened?!"
"Another attack," Tsurara answered, walking over to the young man with reddish orange hair. Suki soon followed suit of her sister. The young man looked at her seriously. "Just now?"
Suki nodded gravely.
Usagi now watched Doujino, as his chest heaved in attempts to get more precious air. His eyes had rolled up into the back of his head.
"Chiyuno-"
"No!" Doujino gasped.
Suki gasped. Shinri shook her head. "Don't be foolish!" she cried, gripping his hand gently.
"He always objects..." Yuushino mused seriously.
"That would be because he hates me."
Everyone but Shinri and Doujino turned to face the new person. He had hazel brown hair, held back in a spiky ponytail, and violet eyes that reminded Usagi of Hotaru's, only a tad lighter. In that moment, Usagi recognized him as the young man who had tried to heal Uranus. "You!"
Chiyuno glanced at her nonchalantly.
"You tried to save Uranus!"
"'Tried' being the keyword," he said, now looking back to Doujino. Suki sighed and walked to Doujino. "Maybe I can help..."
"You're forgetting that he can heal himself," Chiyuno said, walking towards the kitchen. Usagi glared a little. How could he just walk away when his friend was in pain?!
Suki ignored Chiyuno, and started to repeat the same process that she had done on Hotaru. However, Doujino's hand weakly came up, and lightly pushed Suki's hands away. Suki looked at Doujino sorrowfully. "Doujino, you can't keep trying to test your strength..."
Shinri never took her eyes off Doujino. "He'll be alright, he just needs rest..."
Suki sighed, giving in, and stood up.
"You did well Suki," Kaijin said, approaching her.
Suki nodded and gave Kaijin a bright, yet worried smile. "Thank you Kaijin..."
Tsurara, whom for the most part had remained quiet, finally spoke up. "Now, we got some explaining to do."
Everyone at that point looked down, or away from Usagi. Usagi studied their features one by one, until she rested her eyes upon Doujino.
"Will he die?" she asked. Tsurara shook her head, signalling "no." Shinri, still clutching Doujino's hand spoke. "You know we're senshi Usagi, so you should know that it's as Megami said that night," Shinri explained, a bitter expression crossing her face as she spoke Megami's name.
Usagi remembered Megami, as the blonde senshi who often had nothing, but cruel words for her teammates. She was greatful that she hadn't had to meet her. I don't think I would've liked her... Usagi thought, a little ashamed that she thought this about someone she hadn't even gotten to know.
"Being a senshi isn't a curse..." Usagi whispered, getting back to the subject.
"No, she's right it is," Suki said, keeping her eyes averted to the floor.
"You have the power to defend the people you love, you-"
"The people we love die anyway," Yuushino answered, putting an arm around Suki. Usagi watched them, still not fully understanding.
"When we first became senshi, we were blessed with the gift of immortality so we could watch over our Queen. That was as it was told. Eleven soldiers to be the Queen's aid. Eleven soldiers to uphold the peace. Eleven soldiers to fight for justice. We did as the ancient writings on our planet, Endai, had said. These were written by Queen Annon, the first queen to make us senshi, and the first queen we ever protected," Shinri explained, still not taking her eyes off Doujino.
"You're no different from me! I'm a senshi as well! Those other girls that were there that night were senshi too! Your goal is no different from mine, and my friends, why would you consider it a curse?"
"You didn't let her finish..." Suki said softly, picking up where Shinri had left off. "You see, being immortal and the queen's guardians left us little personal time. When we did make friends, we had to watch them die as they got old. We and the queen were the only ones blessed with immortality. This was done so our queen would rule, and no one after her would have a chance to mess it up, or change the laws."
"What about the queen? Didn't she have a daughter?" Usagi asked, curiously.
Suki nodded. "She did. Ironically her daughter, with the same blood in her veins, as the queen who made us what we are, was our undoing..."
Tsurara continued. "Her daughter's name was Princess Daaku. Supposedly, the princess named herself once she got old enough to think. Anyway, Daaku lived in the shadow of her mother, until one day her mother mysteriously died."
"That can't be! If she was immortal it would have to be-" Usagi stopped mid sentance.
Suki nodded. "Immortal with age, but not against murder..."
Tsurara kept going. "Yes. Daaku killed her mother, but no one had the nerve to pin it on the princess. Not even us," she paused. "Daaku took the throne, and ruined everything. Under her rule everything perished. There was nothing we could do, because the prophecies written by Queen Annon said strictly, that if any of us were to betray our cause, a fate would befall us worse than death."
"That wasn't kind, on Queen Annon's behalf!" Usagi said with a slight curl of her lip. Tsurara shook her head. "Immortality is considered a gift. If you abuse a gift there's always consequences. We knew those consequences. Yet, when things got so bad, we figured we had nothing to lose. We fought Daaku, and won, but our planet was no more. Everything had died. We fled in fear of the prophecy, and then drifted until we came to, what I guess is the future. Then we were brought here and here we are."
Usagi stared intently at Tsurara. "Crystal Tokyo..."
She no longer knew what to think. They had been there JUST before the attack had happened. Did that mean they had something to do with it? Usagi refused to believe it. There was NO way people as sweet as Suki, Shinri, and Tsurara would WILLINGLY attack Crystal Tokyo. Usagi just wouldn't believe it. Then another thought struck her.
"What about Megami? She said something about Daaku's relative once, right?" Usagi probed, remembering back to what they said earlier.
"Kiseijun," Suki answered.
"Where is Kiseijun?!!" Chiyuno suddenly demanded. "Relax!" Shinri snapped, a bit annoyed. "She went out with Hana early this morning. She's fine. She's probably back at our apartment already."
Chiyuno nodded, looking a little relieved.
"Who is Kiseijun?" Usagi asked, now more curious than ever.
"Daaku's daughter, appointed senshi leader. She's not really a real senshi though. She's not 'blessed' with immortality, and she's certainly not a leader." Shinri said, looking a bit tired.
Suki shot Shinri a look. "Be nice..."
"Well it's true. I like Kiseijun, and I'm not being mean, but let's face facts. She'll never really be a Housho senshi, much less a leader," Shinri sighed. The word caught Usagi's ear. "Housho senshi?"
"Yep that'd be us! The Housho senshi of the planet Endai," Shinri added with false enthuisasm.
Author's note: I don't think there's too much to explain. I think it was explained fairly well in this chapter. However, if for some reason you are still confused on somethings, write me and ask or keep reading, as it might be explained later on.
